Boarding
Horses staying here at Vanderbrook Farm, live out in our Natural Environment. They stay out in a mixed herd 24/7 all year round with access to shelters and the bush for protection from the elements. We provide free choice hay, mineral, salt and water, and encourage the horses to move through the property by feeding in various locations.
Leasing
Once in a while we come across a horse here at the farm that we'd rather not part with but needs a human partner to love. These individuals are then offered for lease. Leasing is an excellent option for someone new into horses or someone who can't afford the initial financial outlay of purchasing a horse. While leasing the horse we look after all it's needs (vet/farrier/feed) and provide one lesson a week to the rider. Ask about our open lease option that allows the rider to ride/play with more than one horse!
